Nursery curriculum
Our curriculum follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework and is inspired by Development Matters and Birth to 5 Matters. We believe children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences.
Our environment offers a wide range of opportunities that support each child’s development, interests, and individual needs, helping them to grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence. Children have access to a variety of play experiences, including role play, small world activities, and sensory experiences.
They also have free-flow access to our outdoor space, allowing them to explore, play, and learn both indoors and outdoors. Encouraging curiosity, independence, and active learning.
We provide clear progression from nursery to Reception and beyond into Key Stage 1. Our curriculum builds on the skills, knowledge, and confidence children develop in nursery, ensuring they are well-prepared for the next stage of their learning journey
